The Panther Club passes the torch

After serving as head of the Panther Club for three years, Poly parent Pat Amsbry has passed the torch to fellow parents Kim D’Amico and Denise Mathews, who will serve as co-chairs. Both have been an active part of the Poly community for many years. Kim’s involvement started when she was a Poly student, attending from pre-K through 8th grade. She is now a Poly parent whose oldest child graduated in 2015; her youngest is a rising sophomore. Denise's oldest son was also in the Class of 2015, and her youngest is a rising eighth-grader. In addition, they have volunteered in a number of various capacities, including serving on the Middle and Upper School Parent Organizations. The duo has been working side by side since 2014, taking on the task of organizing the Panther Club's annual event, Friday Night Lights. Together they take on the responsibility of leading the Panther Club starting this fall. Congratulations, Kim and Denise!
