Parent Organizations

Each of Poly's three school divisions has a parent organization coordinated by chairpersons, assistants, and grade-level room parents. The Lower School Parent Organization (LSPO), Middle School Parent Organization (MSPO), and the Upper School Parent Organization (USPO) serve to strengthen communication between parents and the school and encourage authentic family engagement at Poly. The parent organizations meet on a regular basis with the Head of School and each divisional school director to develop programming that supports the mission and vision of the school.

Examples of events and programming initiated by the parent organizations to foster community connection are:

  • Book Fair
  • Community Connections Committee
  • Global Initiatives Alliance
  • Friday Night Lights
  • Faculty and Staff Appreciation events
  • Mentor Family Program
  • Panther Club
  • Parent Social Events (by grade-level)
  • Parent Education Series
  • Poly Pet and Hobby Show
