Our Sports Performance and Athletic Training programs work hand in hand to help every student-athlete reach their full potential, from middle school beginners to seniors preparing for collegiate competition.


Sports Performance

Our Sports Performance program emphasizes quality over quantity. Every lift, movement, and workout is designed with proper technique in mind, helping students build strength, speed, and endurance while reducing injury risk.

With our two certified sports performance coaches and the support of the PLT4M app, athletes can track progress, set goals, and celebrate milestones. This personalized approach builds confidence, accountability, and a lifelong love of fitness. From middle school athletes learning safe training fundamentals to high school seniors preparing for college athletics, every student benefits from the skills and habits developed in this program.

Athletic Training

Our Athletic Training program ensures that Poly athletes receive expert care and support both on and off the field. Certified athletic trainers focus on prevention, treatment, and recovery, providing individualized attention for every student-athlete.

Athletes receive personalized care to keep them performing at their best. For those pursuing athletics at the next level, our trainers prepare students for the physical demands of collegiate play through tailored recovery and rehabilitation programs.

At Poly, athletic training is more than treatment—it’s about educating, empowering, and caring for our students, helping them recover with confidence and return to play stronger than before.

Student Athletic Trainers

A unique feature of our program is the opportunity for students to serve as Student Athletic Trainers. Under the mentorship of our certified staff, these students gain hands-on experience in sports medicine, learning how to assist with injury prevention, provide support during practices and games, and help with recovery protocols.
