Poly's Training and Sports Performance Support Team focuses on physical strengthening, injury prevention, emotional health, rehabilitation, and provides comprehensive care for Poly student-athletes. The team's focus is to strengthen the minds and bodies of every student-athlete to enable them to reach their optimal performance potential.

Training and services offered:

  • Comprehensive movement assessment to determine physical limitations and potential injury risk factors
  • Mobility and dynamic stability training
  • Injury evaluation, care, and rehabilitation so student-athletes can safely return to play
  • Overcoming emotional and mental barriers to achieve and sustain performance goals while maintaining a sense of personal balance in life

Together, the Training and Sports Performance Support Team works with every Poly student toward building and strengthening a balanced, healthy, and well-rounded community of student-athletes.
