PolyToday: Middle School Robotics Team

Poly's Middle School Robotics Team is a great opportunity to engage in a challenging and fun competition that promotes critical thinking, team collaboration, creativity, and engineering and technology skills. Students work after school on Mondays and Wednesdays and will take part in at least two First Lego League tournaments. In addition to taking on robotic missions, they will work on a project based on a real-world problem related to this year's theme, City Shaper. This is a unique component to the program and fosters deeper learning and understanding of the impact of innovation.

As Dean Kamen, founder of the Segway and First Lego League, says, "This is the only 'sport' where everyone can go pro!"
