Successful camp for the dance team and mascots

Last week, the dance team and mascot made their annual trip to the USA Cheer camp held at UC Santa Barbara this year. The Panthers worked hard during the four-day camp. Their hard work and spirit were evident not only to their fellow campers, but by the instructors, too. They came away earning Superior ratings for all of their individual and team evaluations — a tough feat. The Panthers also earned the coveted Spirit Award again this year, as well as the most-prized Unity Award, for which they were acknowledged by their peers for being excellent role models, kind, inclusive, hard working, and performing with excellence. Congratulations to the dance team for another successful year at camp!
