Supporting Forms DUE

Submit a copy of each parent/guardian’s 2020 federal tax return, W2s, 1099 forms, and all supporting schedules. If you have either an S-Corp or Partnership listed on Schedule E of your 1040, please submit the corresponding K-1s and form 1065 or 1120S; Final 2020 federal and state tax returns are required to be awarded financial aid, but a draft copy is acceptable until final returns are submitted to FAST to meet the deadline.
