Important message from Green Apple Gourmet for all Lower and Middle School parents
As of January, Green Apple Gourmet has been using a new system utilizing student ID cards to purchase lunches. To ensure the effectiveness of this system, Green Apple asks that parents offer their consent for their child to use his or her ID cards to purchase lunch at school. Pre-ordering is no longer necessary; children who wish to purchase a lunch will need to use their ID cards.
Parents who do not wish to authorize their child to use their ID cards to purchase lunches are asked to email Green Apple Gourmet and include the name of their child and grade to and they will be removed from the authorized list. If parents do not contact Green Apple by April 1, they will assume that the parents have given consent.
There are a few options for purchasing lunches:
Set up an account at www.myschoolaccount.com and deposit funds with a credit or debit card; child’s lunch activity can be managed online.
Provide a check or cash to be posted to your child’s account; an email reminder will be sent when funds are low.
Children may also purchase their lunches with cash or a check; they will be provided with a receipt for their lunch.
Please note: Payments may be dropped off at the main Polytechnic Office or sent to Green Apple Gourmet, 2271 Lake Ave., #6312, Altadena, CA 91003.
