Donations being collected for Used Book Sale - March 2
Now is the time to clear out those old books (appropriate for grades K-8, young adult, and adult), puzzles, educational games, DVDs, National Geographic
magazines, and similar publications to donate to the Used Book Sale at Poly. Books, magazines, and DVDs should be in good condition, and puzzles and games should have no missing pieces.
Items may be dropped off through Friday, Feb. 28; collection boxes are available in four locations: Wilson carpool, the Garland parking lot, and both the kindergarten and Middle School gates on Catalina Avenue.
The Used Book Sale will be held Monday, March 2, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Founders Hall. Lower School students will visit the Used Book Sale with their class during the day. Parents should send up to $5 with their child and a reusable bag on the day of the sale. All proceeds from the sale will be donated to local charities promoting literacy. Volunteers are also needed to help before and during the event. To volunteer, please contact Julie Ruedaflores
