Help Wanted: Hands-on researchers who want to learn about different careers! Have you ever asked yourself, “What do I want to be when I grow up?” Then this is the class for you! Explore careers in health, construction, engineering and complete a STEM challenge. One day we might use marshmallows as our building materials, and another day it may just be legos.
Unearth knowledge about past creatures and civilizations by piecing together clues of history as we examine the fields of paleontology and archeology. Students will learn firsthand about the science of ice cream, the problem-solving behind digging up dinosaur bones, and how to curate an art gallery. Refine your style in the visual arts through jewelry-making, painting, and sculpture. Each day, students will also learn about some jobs that they might not have known ever existed, and are welcome to suggest careers that they would like to learn more about.
