Ready, Stretch, Go! Yoga & Mindfulness

An ancient practice that has stood the test of time, Yoga promotes many physical and mental benefits for all ages. Yoga is a great stress reliever, a good workout, builds strength, sharpens the mind, and helps one manage stress, health, and mindfulness. Yoga supports healthy eating, weight management, and sound sleep. Presented in a playful and educational way, each session incorporates energetic and soothing yoga positions, meditation, breathing exercises, and group games. Students will stretch, laugh, and actively participate by creating yoga positions, making up stories with yoga poses, and building warm up sequences. Each session ends with a calming relaxation exercise, inviting rest and the awakening of one's imagination.
