Amazing fact: Birds can fly! Compared to humans, birds have so many unique characteristics (for example, feathers, beaks, webbed feet, super-sharp vision) and live in such a variety of places (land, air, aquatic and marine).

Topics covered in Session II:
• nests
• reproduction (eggs)
• special sensory abilities
• survival strategies.

This class will take place mostly in real time, with an expectation for a small amount of prep time outside scheduled class time.

This class may be taken as a continuation of Animal Anatomy: Birds I (offered during the first session) or taken as a stand-alone class.
