Yoga is a practice that develops your physical strength, stamina, and flexibility. Control of your body contributes to your confidence and sense of personal power. But yoga also helps you develop your mental and emotional awareness and control using mindfulness and breathing practices. By practicing strengthening postures, breathing exercises and mindfulness games, young scholars will develop resilience and self confidence that will help them face challenges in classes and in daily life.
Students are welcome to enroll in both sessions of this course, session 1 and 2, as continued work will further develop their understanding and benefits of Yoga.
