PolyToday: 100 days and counting

Kindergarten reached the milestone of 100 days of school today and spent most of the morning celebrating the occasion. Activities included coloring festive glasses and headwear, counting and stringing necklaces of 100 beads, and rolling the dice to chart how long it takes to reach 100.
Students brought boards of 100 objects from home: bottle caps, toothpicks, dry pasta, lego pieces, and even fairy dust which were presented to the class. Kindergartners reveled in their new ability to count to 100 by 10 and 5.
