Upper School students recently spent Community Time exploring a range of student- and faculty-led workshops co-sponsored by the Associated Student Body (ASB) and Student Leaders for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (SLIDE). Every session offered an interactive, hands-on element, with SLIDE’s workshops drawing inspiration from DEI themes and encouraging students to learn through hands-on experiences. A relaxed, low-pressure atmosphere made it easy for students to connect with one another while trying something new. Students sampled activities like salsa dancing, kimbap making, henna, ceramics, pickleball, and even a circus workshop—just a glimpse of the creativity on display across campus.
