This Monday: Ruvna Emergency Notification Testing
As part of Poly’s longstanding commitment to emergency readiness, we will be sending out a “test” message via Ruvna this upcoming Monday, August 18, to all families and employees of the school.

Ruvna is the school’s emergency notification platform that sends critical information and updates to Poly parents/caregivers and employees, and Upper School students. In the event of a campus emergency, community alerts will be delivered via email, phone, and text message. You should receive a “Ruvna Test Announcement” via email, phone, and text this Monday, August 18, at 10 a.m.
If you do not receive the test messages, please review and update your contact information (phone number and email address) in MyPoly to ensure that your family receives future emergency notifications from Poly. Also, please check your spam/junk folders.
