Steven Li ’23 Honored as Milken Scholar

Poly's Steven Li ’23 is one of 10 Los Angeles County students chosen as a Milken Scholar. The award recognizes exceptional college-bound students based on academic performance, community service, leadership, and their ability to persevere in the face of personal challenges. Past recipients include inaugural poet Amanda Gorman; Ruben Harutunian, deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Minsk, Belarus; Dr. Joelle Simpson, chief of emergency medicine at Children's National Hospital; and award-winning entrepreneur Emanuel Yekutiel. Steven was awarded a $10,000 scholarship and recognized at a recent dinner with his Poly classmates by his side. Please join us in celebrating Steven!
