Katrina Damasco-Dicipulo Named Associate Athletic Director

Katrina Damasco-Dicipulo has been named the Associate Athletic Director for Operations at Polytechnic School.

 

Damasco-Dicipulo, an alum of Poly ’02, is currently the Boys’ and Girls’ Volleyball Program Head and previously the Athletics Sports Coordinator. During her time with Poly, Damasco-Dicipulo has amassed an impressive coaching resume that includes Girls’ Prep League Champions 2018-2022, Boys’ Prep League Champions 2023, CIF-SS Division 4 Finalist 2018, CIF-SS Division 3 Semifinalist 2019, and CIF-SS Division 4 Semifinalist in 2022.

 

Before her coaching tenure at Poly, Damasco-Dicipulo was a standout player for Emory, where she was a four-year member of the Varsity volleyball team and earned All-American honors in her senior season. She graduated from Emory with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology with a concentration in communications.

 

“We are excited to welcome Katrina as our new Associate Athletic Director for Operations,” said Scott Bello, Director of Athletics. “Her institutional knowledge, strong work ethic, and love of Poly will make Katrina an incredible addition to our administrative team.”

 

“I have always considered myself fortunate to be able to use my love of sports in my job every day,” said Damasco-Dicipulo. “To be able to work in a field I love, at a place that is my second home, is truly a blessing. The ability to grow professionally at Poly is such a special opportunity, and I'm filled with excitement and anticipation. I cannot wait to grow with the Poly Athletics program.”

 

Damasco-Dicipulo will begin her work as the Associate Athletic Director for Operations on July 1.
