Four in a row for Panthers softball

Poly’s softball team is on a roll, going for four consecutive wins after their back-to-back wins last week. Their 16-4 win over the Tigers from Westridge last Wednesday gave the Panthers three straight league wins as they finished out the San Marino Softball Tournament against La Salle of Friday. The final game of the tournament was rain delayed in early March. Poly led early in the game and held the lead through all seven innings, defeating La Salle 8-5. Junior Vivian Wheeler was named Pasadena Now's Girl Athlete of the Week. The Panthers head across town to face Flintridge on Tuesday in another league match-up.
