Learning how to write as well as finding what to write is essential in becoming effective writers. Students will practice and apply the necessary skills and techniques to develop a strong thesis, support their thesis with evidence and include a powerful ending. Each student will have the opportunity to learn how to structure and share their opinions about an important topic. Voicing our opinion in a safe and powerful way can be a cause for change and students in this class will walk away with the tools required to do so.
