Students will be introduced to many facets of the game on an introductory to intermediate level. Students will start each day with a brief warm up and a motivational talk from the coach. Students will then work on individual skill development at both an offensive and defensive position. While the course will NOT be a full contact course, players will learn skills which can be translated into tackle football. The last part of practice will include 7 on 7 games, skill competitions and combine tests. The main goal of the course is to have fun and teach skills in a safe and supervised environment.
