Come join a space where you can be silly, explore yourself and the different ways you can make the best of staying at home! In this class we will spend each day focusing on our physical, social, and emotional health. We will act, dance, write, and talk about all the ways we can keep our minds and bodies healthy. During this course, students will learn how to identify and voice their emotions in a healthy and safe way. The course will utilize different mediums of communication including art, journaling, and safe space to express their feelings and find solutions through independent and team centered activities for self-care. We will start every day with a brief yoga activity and spend time each day playing games, writing and speaking on topics around self-love, practicing gratitude, and creating toolkits to help us focus on the positive and set goals for the future! All little leaders are welcome!
