Session(s): 3 weeks/ Session 1 or 2
Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Time: 9:00 am - 9:55 am
Struggling with writing? In “How to Write Anything!” students will be introduced to basic and critical writing categories which each serve a particular purpose. Throughout the course, students will produce creative narrative stories, enhance their expository writing skills, and master the art of persuasive writing.
This class will require a blend of synchronous and asynchronous learning. During online instruction, students will be introduced to new types of writing categories. Students will create outlines, drafts, and finalized versions of their writings. Students will also work in breakout rooms, to revise and edit each other’s writing. Students may also need to work independently to finish any writing assignments prior to class.
Students need to have access to Microsoft word/or Pages to type stories and submit.
