Event Schedule

8 to 8:30 a.m. | Check-in and Light Refreshments
Babcock Field, Central Campus
All guests check-in and pick up their personalized packet with printed
name tag, custom schedule, map.
 
8:45 to 9:15 a.m. | Head of School’s Welcome
Gamble Gym, Central Campus
Hear from Head of School John Bracker.
 
9:25 to 11:05 a.m. | Classroom Visits
North and South Campuses
Student schedule details provided in guest packets. 
 
11:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. All-School Assembly
Gamble Gym, Central Campus
Enjoy a showcase of performances featuring Poly students across all grades.
 
Noon | End of Day
Grandparents and special friends depart; school day resumes for students.


Important Information for Guests

PARKING
All guests may park in the underground Main Parking Garage located at 675 South Wilson Ave. or in the Garland Lot on the corner of Wilson Ave. and Cornell Road. Greeters and signage will point the way to check-in on Babcock Field.

Note for All Visitors: Limited street parking adjacent to campus is time-restrictive and in certain areas, is not permitted. Please mind posted signage, as the city actively monitors and tickets.
 
CHECK-IN
For your convenience, check-in for visitors to all grades will be on Babcock Field, outside Scott Gym. Greeters and signage will point the way to check-in. On arrival, please visit check-in to receive your personalized packet, including printed schedule, name tag, and map. 
 
Consistent with school policy for campus safety, all adult visitors to campus must check in and wear a school-provided name tag. Please make this your first stop, and do not bypass check-in. Thank you for understanding!
 
NAVIGATING CAMPUS
  • Should you need assistance, school volunteers will be on hand to help.
  • A golf cart shuttle will run between Central Campus (registration, breakfast, and assembly), North Campus (grades K-8), and South Campus (grades 9-12). Shuttle stops are marked on campus maps.
  • As you plan for the day, please keep in mind the temperature forecast as breakfast and class transitions are outdoors.
