PolyToday: Full Moon, Full Hearts

Kindergarten celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival last Friday with stories, traditional mooncakes, and a mooncake-inspired craft. Guided by several kindergarten parent volunteers and Upper School Mandarin students, the Class of 2039 also learned a few words in Chinese as they explored the traditions behind this special celebration. Held when the moon is at its fullest and brightest, the Mid-Autumn Festival celebrates togetherness, gratitude, and the autumn harvest.
