Outdoor Education's Long Tradition

Beginning in the 1970s Poly was one of the first independent schools to feature a robust outdoor education program. Currently class trips, led by naturalists and Poly teachers, are offered to students in grades six through twelve. Here a group of juniors (class of 2003) explores Trin-Alcove in the Labyrinth Canyon section of the Green River in southeast Utah.
