A popular way to commemorate events from birthdays to holidays, in this beginner level class students will use easy-to-follow instructions to create fabulous one-of-a-kind balloon decor. Students will learn the proper way to inflate balloons to create arches, pillars, columns, and centerpieces. Those who master the basics will have the opportunity to explore more challenging techniques. Take your skills home to make your own eye-catching balloon art for your family and friends.
