Honing research skills for college and beyond
At the Upper School, teachers and librarians work in partnership to deliver an advanced curriculum. Complex coursework requires students to transform substantial independent research into cogent, well-supported arguments. The Upper School librarians act as dedicated guides, helping students focus their questions and hone the research skills they will need to excel in college. In addition to a rich book collection, the library is equipped with a substantial online collection of books, journals and periodicals, enabling students to conduct large portions of their research from home, at any time they need to study.
