Join us for a compelling presentation and discussion with Dr. Sonja Klinsky, author, professor, and Senior Global Futures Scientist at Arizona State University’s School of Sustainability. An engaging speaker who skillfully breaks down complex climate science into easy-to-absorb concepts, Dr. Klinsky provides a historical perspective on global greenhouse gas emissions and responsibility and illuminates how justice and climate change are inextricably linked. About Dr. Klinsky:
Dr. Klinsky’s research has continually centered around the justice dilemmas presented by climate change and climate change policy design. She has been an observer to the UN framework Convention on Climate Change negotiations since 2009. She is the author of “The Global Climate Regime and Transitional Justice” (2018) with Jasmina Brokovic.
