Student Drop-Off/Pick-Up Procedures
To efficiently manage traffic flow and promote student safety, please adhere to the following procedures during drop-off and pick-up times:
Kindergarten
Kindergarten students should be dropped-off and picked-up on Catalina Ave. at the north-end of the street. After exiting the queue, you must turn right onto California Blvd.
Lower School (Grades 1-5)
Lower School students should be dropped-off and picked-up at the North Campus entrance on Wilson Ave. (enter the first driveway near the corner of California and Wilson). When exiting, you must turn right onto Wilson Ave.
Middle School (Grades 6-8)
Middle School students can be dropped-off at either the Catalina Ave. gate or at the North Campus entrance on Wilson Ave. After exiting the queue on Catalina, you must turn right onto California Blvd.
At dismissal, vehicles picking up only Middle School students should use the Catalina Ave. gate. Vehicles picking up Middle School and Lower School students should use the North Campus entrance on Wilson Ave.
Upper School (Grade 9)
9th grade students should be dropped-off and picked-up in the Garland Parking Lot (please enter from Wilson Ave.) When exiting the lot, you must turn right onto Wilson Ave.
Upper School (Grades 10–12)
10th through 12th grade students should be dropped-off and picked-up on Cornell Rd. in front of the Upper School entrance, going east on the southside of the street. When exiting, please turn right onto Wilson Ave.
Pick-up Times
Kindergarten – 3 p.m. (Starting Mon., September 12 after half-days end)
Lower School – 3:15 p.m.
Middle School – 3:15 p.m.
Upper School – 3:15 p.m.
If you have cross-divisional students, please exercise best judgment or what is most convenient.
