PolyToday: Final day of classes for eighth grade

Poly started a new tradition a few years ago on the final day of classes for the eighth grade. Inspired by the cheering tunnel made famous in many youth sports, all of the sixth and seventh grade students, along with faculty and staff, line both sides of the hallway outside Founders Hall. The eighth-graders are released from Morning Meeting and the cheering begins. It turns into a gauntlet of sorts, with cheering, clapping, and high-fives (air-fives this year) down the hall. This sends the eighth-graders off on their final day of classes in the Middle School. Here's what that looked (and sounded) like this morning.
