Upper School Wellness Workshops Puts Student Health First

During assembly time on March 7, all Upper School students attended a wellness workshop of their choice. With a central theme of a springtime reboot, the choices included workshops on mindfulness, yoga, acupressure, stress management, cleaning up your hard drive, how to change a tire, baking nutritious snacks, and arts and crafts. In one of the workshops, two clinical psychology doctoral students focused on anxiety — what it is and how to tame it in a user-friendly, science-based, and teen-focused approach.
