PolyToday: There There

Students in English I: Engaging Perspectives are reading There There by Tommy Orange. The novel is new to the curriculum and is the result of a conscious intent to add this important voice to the course of study. Recently, L. Holmgren's classes heard from Tom Allard, Poly's storyteller. Mr. Allard, himself an indigenous American, shared additional insights on the modern struggles of indigenous Americans.
