Poly Drops its First Game 4-2 in Final Tuneup Before CIF Playoffs

In their final game in preparation for the CIF Playoffs that begin one week from today, Poly Boys Varsity Soccer dropped their away game against powerful Pacific League foe Glendale by a score of 4-2. Poly fell behind 2-0 at halftime, battled back to within one at 3-2, before conceding another goal on a counterattack late for the final margin. Poly opens the CIF Division 5 Playoffs at home next Friday with the opponent TBD.
