Poly Boys Varsity Soccer opened its league season with a dramatic 3-2 victory over Chadwick in Palos Verdes on Wednesday. Theo Demetriades scored a direct free kick with three minutes to go to secure the victory after Chadwick came back from a 2-0 deficit. Poly next takes on Flintridge Prep at home on Friday.
