Boys Soccer Keeps the Ball Rolling From Last Season
Poly’s Boys Varsity Soccer team started this season with zeal and excitement. Due to last year’s non-traditional schedule, the team started competing in April. They went throughout the entire regular season allowing zero goals scored. This season, with four matches already under their belts, they have outscored their opponents 19-2. This includes a big 2-1 victory over Arcadia High school on November 30. They also enjoyed a 7-1 victory over Webb School, and a 2-0 shutout win over Thatcher school from Ojai last weekend.
The team, with its 10 senior leaders, continues to take that momentum into this week where they face the Titans from San Marino High School on Tuesday, December 7, and Alhambra High School on Thursday, December 9.
