Audrey M. ’27 Featured in United Nations Article

Poly Middle School student Audrey M. ’27 was recognized for her climate action efforts related to the United Nations sustainable development goals. Audrey spearheaded a sorting program at Poly that reduces methane gas in the earth's atmosphere and was recently reported on by UN Correspondent Ephrem Kossaify. Laura Fleming, Poly's manager of environmental sustainability, has supported Audrey in her efforts alongside Renée Larios, student community engagement program coordinator. The article came to light because of GIP and Poly's partnership with UNA-Pasadena and also featured Ann Diederich.
