Poly Vaccine Clinic Success

On June 12, 152 individuals, mostly Poly students ages 12-15, were vaccinated at the Vaccine Clinic. Nine workers from Poly and four vaccinators from Vons administered doses of the Pfizer vaccine as individuals drove through and waited in cars. The Poly crew included Julian Cardenas ’20, Poly alum and EMT; Ellie Fay ’22; Hixon Interns; PEP; and Operations. Marcy Kwitny, director of health services, said, “The day went very smoothly. This was a great practice run should we continue with these vaccine clinics in the future!”
