Polytechnic Extended Program (PEP) for 2020-2021 School Year

The Polytechnic Extended Program (PEP) is thrilled to share program opportunities for the start of 2020-2021 school year!

This fall, PEP is excited to offer a virtual after-school program for Lower School students. Running for eight-weeks, enrichment opportunities will be offered to K-2 or 3-5 students and cover a variety of topics. Confirmed classes include:

  • Wellness activities: Nutrition, Yoga/Mindfulness
  • Physical activities: Fitness/Circuit, Hula Hoop
  • Creative activities: Creative Art & Journaling, Adventure Writing
… and other fun courses like Chess and Storytime!

Registration for PEP after-school programming will open the week of August 24. Check your email and/or PEP’s website closer to the start of school for more information!

PEP is also creating a Learning Lab program with the intention to offer a space for all students to receive basic assistance with their school work. Stay tuned for more information from the PEP team!

Furthermore, PEP will continue to support the Poly community by working with the faculty as a local courier service. Of note, parents may receive an email from PEP to confirm their address or ask for special delivery instructions.

Lastly, PEP will resume our bus service with new safety guidelines when Poly returns to on-campus learning. Parents can help PEP plan for that eventuality by completing a quick, 5-question survey. Thank you!
