Varsity football Friday night game moved to the afternoon

The much anticipated Friday night game at South Pasadena High School has been moved to 3 p.m. this afternoon. South Pasadena was originally scheduled to host Poly’s football team for a 7 p.m. game. Due to the shortage of officials in the area and because this game is a lower-priority, non-league competition, the game had to be moved to a time when officials are available. It was in the best interest of the student-athletes to keep the game on a Friday due to the bye week last week and in anticipation for next week’s Friday game. Take your Panther spirit and support the Varsity football game this afternoon as they take on the Tigers from South Pasadena High School at South Pasadena’s football field at 3 p.m. Details and directions can be found on the Athletic Calendar.
