Alumni in sports: Teresa Rokos ‘15

While at Poly, Teresa Rokos was involved in both visual arts and performing arts as a cellist. She was a strong student and a great student-athlete for both the Varsity volleyball team and the JV soccer team. After Poly, Rokos headed to Harvard University, where she joined the crew team. A recent graduate of Harvard, Rokus completed her senior season with her crew team winning the C final at the NCAA Championships, ranking their Varsity-1 boat 13th in the nation. Along with her accolades on the Harvard crew team, Rokos qualified for the U23 Team USA in the summer of 2018, when she rowed in the prestigious 8-boat Royal Henley regatta in London, followed by the U23 World Championships in Poznan, Poland. This summer, she has the opportunity to train in a development camp with the Senior U.S. National Team at the Princeton Training Center with some of the best women rowers in the world.
