Softball shutout

Last Friday, Poly’s softball team hosted Ramona Convent for their first home game of the season. The Panthers played a strong game, opening with senior pitcher Brennah Bronk. By the third inning, the Panthers led 3-0 and didn’t slow down tallying up the runs. By the end of the game, Poly shut out Ramona 7-0. Other big victories on Friday included boys Varsity tennis dominating Chadwick 17-1, badminton beating Gladstone High School 13-8, and girls Varsity swimming squeaking by Viewpoint 78-74 in their season-opening meet.
