PolyToday: Year of the Pig

Poly celebrated the Chinese New Year today. Upper School Mandarin students put on a Chinese New Year celebration, with second- and third-graders on hand to enjoy the festivities. The Mandarin students performed student-choreographed dances and sang a song to begin the celebration. The student-run booths included opportunities for students to make crafts, learn how to write their names in Chinese, use chopsticks, play ping pong and Chinese hacky-sack.
