GIP hosts guest speaker Aaron Fyke on sustainable solutions on Jan. 24

Poly's Global Initiatives Program will host guest speaker Aaron Fyke, founder/CEO of several renewable energy technology companies, who will discuss "Sustainable Solutions During Changing Climates" on Thursday, Jan. 24, at 6:15 p.m. in Garland Theater. Fyke’s conviction is that “nothing is more important, on a short-term and long-term scale” than resolving climate change. An adjunct lecturer at USC, he will address last fall’s United Nation’s I.P.C.C. and U.S. government climate reports. Fyke’s work has propelled him to become a leader in seeking and implementing impactful changes through fuel cells, ocean and solar power, and energy storage technologies.
