Alumni Association celebrates volunteers and board members

Last Wednesday, 35 Alumni Board members and volunteers gathered in Erdman Courtyard on the South Campus to be honored at the Alumni Association’s annual Appreciation Dinner. Alumni Association President Lori MacPherson ’85 kicked off the event with an introduction of Head of School John Bracker, who thanked everyone in attendance for their dedication to the Poly community. Bracker discussed the importance of alumni returning to campus and serving as role models to Poly students today, an act fulfilled by each of our alumni volunteers. 

After dinner, MacPherson spoke about the upcoming launch of the new PolyConnect online alumni network and announced the new board members Benjamin Chulay ’70, Marisa Echeverria ’96, Richard Kim ’98, Jenny Rho ’00, and student representative Olivia '20. In closing, MacPherson honored departing board members for their years of services: Nancy Koch Chulay ’77, Jordan Gaffney ’04, Alexandra Poer ’87, and Carolee Reiling ’89.
