We were beyond excited to welcome back over 375 alumni and friends on campus for the first in-person Alumni and Reunion Weekend since 2019!
On Friday evening, the 50-Year Club kicked-off the weekend festivities. Alumni who attended Poly 50 or more years ago came together to induct their newest members into the club, the classes of 1970, 1971, and 1972. View photos here.
Saturday’s line up of morning events included a continental breakfast and annual Alumni Roundtable. The Roundtable, "State of the Arts: Reflections on the Challenges, Inspiration, and Creative Process During and Post-pandemic," featured Deborah Brown ’73, Anna Christy ’94, and Tania Verafield ’00 in conversation with moderator John Horn ’78. View the conversation below.
The family-friendly picnic featured fun activities for the kids and a performance by Kait Dunton Reed ’01 and trioKAIT.
Saturday culminated in the celebration of our 2022 class reunion classes and in-person re-celebration for many of our 2020 and 2021 reunion classes.
At the Saturday evening reception the Class of 2007 was recognized for the highest attendance, the Class of 1992 was awarded the Willis Stork Award (for the highest participation), and the Class of 1997 took home the Founders Cup (the highest dollar amount raised). A big thank you to the class reunion committees for all of their hard work!
