 | The goal of the sports program at Polytechnic School is to provide the opportunity for every student to experience the value and enjoyment of being part of an athletic team.
Poly students in grades 7-12 are encouraged to participate in interscholastic sports. The Athletic Department prides itself in providing that opportunity by offering a variety of sports activities and by implementing a policy in which every student who desires may participate on the team. Poly takes its role in the community seriously by developing student athletes who demonstrate cooperation, good sportsmanship and a strong work ethic.
Poly has an historical tradition of excellence in its athletic programs enhanced by the combination of outstanding facilities and a dedicated coaching staff. This tradition is demonstrated by the success of our programs over the past 20 years with 140 Prep League Championships, 46 CIF Championships, and 72 CIF Academic Championships.
