Announcing Poly’s Gym HVAC Renovation

A truly “cool” climate action project is on the horizon! Poly’s flagship renewable energy project aims to completely offset the electrical consumption of both Scott and Gamble Gym with 100% clean solar. If you’ve attended sporting events in Poly’s gyms during warm months, you know that it’s steamy viewing. Thanks to generous donors, a complete energy transformation is in store for Poly’s two gyms in Spring 2024. More than 400 solar panels will be installed on the gym rooftops, powering the new all-electric HVAC systems with clean energy. Now that’s cool! Stay tuned for future updates.
