In this course, you will write all kinds of poetry: haiku, free verse, nursery rhymes, sonnets, and more! Writing poetry gives us the chance to have some fun and use our imagination and creativity. You will learn to use different tools—imagery, descriptive words, rhyming, sound, simile—to create exciting, silly, fantastical, or even serious poems.
