This class provides a middle school student with an opportunity to design and build creative robots using the LEGO EV3 platform. Combining sensors and motors, students will develop different automated machines that perform certain tasks based on a theme, plan or need. Students taking this course will work collaboratively through all phases of the design process while learning skills in engineering, technology, and programming. This class is intended for students with little or no experience with LEGO robotics. Students may elect to continue this course in the second session and build upon their experience.
